Overview

Casting mold is to obtain the qualified parts of the model, ordinary hand-shaped, common wood models, plastic models, mechanical modeling, such as the use of metal models, such as: aluminum model, iron model.  Wax model for precision casting, polystyrene model for EPC. Casting mold is to obtain the structural shape of the parts, in advance with other easily formed materials to make parts of the structure of the shape, and then in the sand mold into the mould, so the sand form a part of the same size as the structure of the empty cavity, and then in the cavity in the pouring fluid liquid, The liquid cools and solidifies to form parts that are exactly the same as the shape of the mold.
